HOWTO: Mass Download from CLI

I wanted to build the latest GNOME sources on an offline laptop using the great GARNOME utility. So I had to download all source files from GNOME ftp site. Here is what I did for mass downloading:

links -dump \
"http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/gnome/platform/2.12/2.12.3/sources/" | \
grep 'bz2$' | awk '{print $2}' | xargs -n1 wget

Thank you Linux
